CLIENT UPDATE:
In response to feedback on our recent Client survey, Break The Silence have this week been testing the NHS Attend Anywhere platform for video counselling.
Here is feedback on a session from a Client on what it was like:
“The video call is a lot easier because I feel it’s the next best thing as it is like walking into your session at the office. I have my own personal reasons for preferring the video call to a phone call. From my point of view I would highly recommend it to other clients but I do think it’s also down to individual’s preference. To other clients please remember to get dressed from waist up and comb your hair 😊”.
