Working With You

At Break the Silence, we know that reaching out for support can feel like a very big step. We want to give you a sense of what others have experienced – from the difference our support can make, to the care and professionalism people can expect when they contact us.

People often tell us that being listened to, believed and treated with kindness can make a real difference. For many survivors, the most important thing is knowing they do not have to face things alone, and that support will move at a pace that feels safe.

At Break the Silence, our counsellors work with each person as an individual. We aim to create a space where you can feel heard, understood and supported, while keeping control over what you share with your counsellor and when.
