Every year, Gillian and her poodle Noodle take on the Kiltwalk for Break the Silence. In 2026 alone, the duo raised £380 for Break the Silence. As Gillian put it: “I’m out walking again for Break the Silence, a small but might charity doing amazing work for people who’ve survived childhood sexual abuse.
In an ideal world, organisations like this wouldn’t have to exist but unfortunately there’s plenty of demand for their services, so I’m trying to help a bit along the way.”
Gillian and Noodle are stars in our eyes and we welcome their support for as long as it’s offered.
