We can also help by providing fundraising materials, sharing advice on getting started and cheering you on as your plans take shape. If you are looking for a simple way to make a difference, or something bigger and more ambitious, we can work with you to find the right approach.

There are lots of ways to raise funds for Break the Silence. Some people choose sponsored events such as walks, runs, swims or endurance challenges.
