Our loyal supporter Lynn braves the freezing cold sea on New Year’s Day each year to take part in a Polar Plunge and raise funds for Break the Silence.
This year she generated an amazing £240 contribution – a sign of hugely generous contributions from people straight after the expense of Christmas. We’re so grateful for this kind of support and generosity of spirit from people in our community who choose to fundraise for us, helping ensure we can continue providing specialist support to survivors of childhood sexual trauma.
