In January 2024, BTS successfully achieved BACP service accreditation. Service accreditation demonstrates that we offer an accountable, ethical, professional and responsive service to clients, staff, volunteers and stakeholders. We are delighted to confirm that we have now successfully completed assessment of ARR(1) 2025 Consultation as part of our accreditation annual review process.
Accreditation offers reassurance to clients that our service is safe, secure and professionally managed, improves recruitment and retention of practitioners and volunteers, enhances recognition and credibility with employers and funding bodies, helps with the acquisition of new contracts, offers external validation of our counselling and psychotherapy services and provides ongoing support from BACP accreditation and assessor teams.
