We’re so proud that our Chief Executive, Sharon Belshaw, has had a quote included in The Strength of Resilience, a new book by Fatima Whitbread MBE.
Sharon was invited to the recent book launch in London, where she met Fatima and a number of the other contributors involved in the project. It was a valuable opportunity to connect with people who share a commitment to resilience, lived experience and positive change.
Being included in a publication like this reflects the specialist, trauma-informed knowledge that Break the Silence brings to wider conversations about recovery and support. We’re proud to see Sharon’s voice included in a book that celebrates strength, recovery and hope.
