Therapies we use

We can offer a choice of therapies, techniques and approaches which they will tailor to suit you, helping you find what feels right for your own journey towards healing.

Whether EMDR to process trauma memories, compassion-focused therapy to build kindness towards yourself, or other modalities like pluralistic or transference work, we work with you at your own pace, never pushing you to share more than you’re ready for, so you can gently rebuild trust and reduce anxiety, and move towards post-traumatic growth in a way that truly supports you.

Counselling

Counsellors and Psychotherapists play a crucial role in improving the health and wellbeing of our society. They help people talk about their feelings, explore their choices and behaviour, and make positive and meaningful changes in their lives.
